Subaru general-purpose engines, which are sold by Subaru Robin America in the United States, can be found powering equipment on construction sites and farms as well as in residential garages, on lawns, and in gardens in 90 countries. Altogether, Subaru Robin produced more than 1.2 million Subaru-branded engines for these purposes in 2010, making Subaru the fourth largest engine manufacturer in the world.
Produced since December 2001, one of the lines of these general-purpose engines has reached a milestone. In January, the 3 millionth Subaru EX Series engine was built.

Seek the Peak
The Mount Washington Observatory at the top of Mount Washington near North Conroy, New Hampshire, holds its 12th Annual Seek the Peak Hike-A-Thon on July 20-21. Hike up the mountain and help raise money to support the observatory, which is located at the site of the world's worst weather!
Even so, views from the mountain are some of the most beautiful that you'll ever see!
